The Dubuque Senior Drama Department is one of Iowa’s most distinguished high school theatre programs—known for excellence, creativity, and a deep commitment to the arts. This year, our students have achieved something extraordinary.

This year we are targeting our scholarship fund.  We offer 3 annual scholarships to our Speech and Theatre students and are hoping to increase both the quantity of scholarships as well as the dollar amount we are able to present to these deserving students.  Your donation will help us give more students the opportunity to offset their college expenses!  Please see the video below for a sampling of students who have received scholarships from us in the past:

Financial backing facilitates: 

     ✔Provision of three yearly scholarships for graduating seniors. 

     ✔ Acquisition of technological advancements such as lighting equipment, a fog machine, set construction materials, etc.  

     ✔Financial support to off-set student costs for festivals and contests. 

     ✔Allocation of stipends for Speech Coaches

This financial assistance enables students to concentrate on educational objectives, acquire contemporary skills, utilize cutting-edge technology and resources, and fosters teamwork, communication, and business skills essential for various post-secondary career pathways.
