Jim learned early that in life “you learn, you earn and then you return “to the community. Thus, Jim has set up many endowments that continue to give back to his community.

How does my gift help?

Your gift to the James D. Owen, Jr. Foundation Fund is invested to grow forever, supporting opportunities for our community. Through this fund, families in need receive seasonal passes to the DeWitt Aquatic Center, youth can participate in recreation programs, teachers can access classroom grants, and Central DeWitt students can pursue scholarships.

How is the fund directed?

The fund payouts will be directed by the Dewitt Referral Center, DeWitt Parks & Rec and The Education Foundation of Central DeWitt to enhance and sustain opportunities for DeWitt youth
