Women's Giving Circle

Women's Giving Circle brings women in our community together to make a meaningful impact through philanthropy, education, connection, and grantmaking. Since 2006, Women's Giving Circle has united women from diverse backgrounds with a shared goal: improving the lives of women and children in our region.

By pooling resources, members continuously grow the Women's Giving Circle Endowment Fund, allowing us to award grants that break down barriers to self-sufficiency and make positive change in the lives of women and children in the Dubuque region. In 2025, Women's Giving Circle received over $183,000 in grant requests and was able to fulfill $24,810 of those needs. Help us close this gap with your gift on Great Give Day!
