With a mission to empower people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life, Imagine the Possibilities is dedicated to creating opportunities for people to achieve their goals. As a nonprofit organization, Imagine the Possibilities serves individuals with disabilities across the state of Iowa. These services are uniquely crafted for individuals and create a place for every person and need.

The services we provide are founded on quality, dignity, and respect. We believe that life is to be celebrated! Our efforts are not focused on barriers or what seems to be impossible, but instead on what is made possible through each person’s unique goals and potential. Simply, we believe in individual achievement for all!

The services we provide vary by the needs of each individual. For some, we connect people with disabilities to employment opportunities and skills training through our Employment Services. Our Day Habilitation services are designed to grow and develop life-skills, and our Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) create an authentic community for individuals to live, grow relationships, and maximize their independence. Our other services continue the work of empowering people to live within their greatest potential – through money management, stewardship of resources, and more. Imagine the Possibilities provides the services that address the needs of every individual we serve.

We could not do what we do without the support of the people in our communities. Today, we serve over 20 Iowa communities, serve over 900 individuals, and are thankful to be able to invest 85% of our revenue back into our employees. We are proud of our team of people who work day in, day out to give their best to each person with which they interact.
