The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque is excited to present Great Give Day, our annual online giving event to connect nonprofits and donors across our seven-county region (Allamakee, Clayton, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, and Jones Counties). Great Give Day inspires community members to come together for 24 hours to celebrate and support local nonprofits.

Nonprofit Registration
Nonprofits are required to register each year to participate in Great Give Day. Registration for the 2025 Giving Event will open on Monday, February 3.

What is Great Give Day?
What is Great Give Day?
Great Give Day is a 24-hour, online giving event hosted annually by the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque to grow philanthropy and support nonprofits in its seven-county region: Allamakee, Clayton, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones Counties. Organizations with endowment funds at the Community Foundation or any of its affiliate foundations are invited to participate. Event sponsors provide bonus prizes to amplify charitable donations. The minimum gift amount is $10. Great Give Day is one of many successful giving days hosted by community foundations across the country.
Last year on Great Give Day, 1,300 generous donors gave a total of $449,342 to support local nonprofits.
