Carnegie Stout Public Library Foundation

The Carnegie-Stout Public Library (C-SPL) Foundation envisions the library as the heart of the Dubuque community and a gateway for expanding horizons through leading edge access to information, entertainment, learning, and innovation for all. Funds raised by the Foundation make projects and programming that match this vision possible for the library, and therefore the community.

Some Foundation-funded projects include iPads for circulation, the bicycle library, the All Community Reads program (2019), permanent StoryWalk® installations at Bee Branch Creek and the Arboretum, and equipment for the Maker Space.

Contributions to the Foundation not only benefit library users, but the Dubuque community as whole.
