Avery Foundation

The Avery Foundation was founded in 2017 in honor of Jim and Julie Avery, whose courageous battles with cancer inspired a mission rooted in compassion, community, and hope. Our foundation is dedicated to easing the financial burden cancer places on patients and families throughout our local communities.

Since its founding, the Avery Foundation has awarded more than $800,000 in grants to over 1,450 local families facing cancer diagnoses. With 93 cents of every dollar going directly back to cancer patients, we remain committed to making a meaningful impact through financial assistance for treatment-related expenses such as travel, meals, and lodging.

Powered by volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community support, the Avery Foundation continues to remind families that no one fights cancer alone.
