Every Child Reads Jones County has been in existence since 2018. Every Child Reads is part of the National Campaign for Grade Level Reading.
This mission of Grade Level Reading “is to disrupt generational poverty by ensuring more children from low-income families succeed in school, focusing on reading proficiency by the end of third grade. It mobilizes communities to support early school success, school readiness, regular attendance, and summer learning to ensure children are prepared for life.”
