OUR GROWTH JOURNEY

Step 1: Planting the Seed

Every great vision begins with a seed. For Peosta, that seed was the Community Heart & Soul process, where nearly 500 residents shared their hopes and priorities through surveys, interviews, and conversations. This grassroots effort identified “What Matters Most”—the foundation for everything that follows.

Step 2: Watering the Dream

With a clear vision in hand, we nurtured the seed through the Small-Town Dreams Initiative. Thanks to a $100,000 Challenge Grant, we began building a $450,000 endowment fund to turn ideas into reality. This fund ensures that projects inspired by our community’s values have the resources to grow.

Step 3: Cultivating Partnerships

Growth requires care and collaboration. Annual grants will support initiatives that reflect Peosta’s Heart & Soul values, but success depends on strong partnerships. The Peosta Today, Tomorrow, Together team works with nonprofits, businesses, city leaders, and schools—uniting these key sectors to create lasting impact.
