Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens

Mission: To become a cherished destination for all, where vibrant gardens create transformative experiences that connect people, inspire learning, 

and deepen appreciation for nature.

The Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens (DABG) welcomes 90,000 visitors from all over the world each year. The DABG was created and is still maintained by around 250 volunteers who put in around 20,000 volunteer hours each year. 

The DABG is a popular spot in the community for outdoor weddings, concerts, and special events. The DABG holds many educational events and workshops, and partners with many non-profits and organizations in the local community. The DABG's beauty and growth are something we all can cherish, thanks to supporters like you. 

Funding this year will go towards the Japanese Garden Koi Pond, where new filters and pumps are needed to keep the waterfalls running, the water clear, reduce chemical usage, and provide a safe and healthy home for our beautiful koi.
